A PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN REDROW AND TRANSPORT FOR LONDON

Redrow and Transport for London are working in partnership to deliver high-quality new station entrances, shops & cafes, as well as providing the new homes that Harrow needs.

Improving the safety and accessibility of Harrow on the Hill station is central to the development. Transport for London is committed to providing full step-free access as part of this development at the train station, and redesigning the bus station to make journeys easier and safer.

TRANSPORT FOR LONDON

TfL is responsible for 30 million journeys every day, but is also one of London’s largest landowners with a 5,700 acre estate. Its land and properties have huge potential to provide the new homes and jobs the capital needs. It is working with London’s leading developers to ensure the Mayor’s priorities to build new homes and employment space are met, while generating revenue to reinvest in improving the transport network.

REDROW HOMES

Redrow Homes is one of the UK’s leading developers and has been building homes for over 40 years. Redrow have delivered high quality schemes across the UK, including Lyon Square, Harrow. The scheme saw existing 1960’s office buildings replaced with over 300 new homes and new commercial space.
