The site comprises the bus station, office and retail area by the northern station entrance; and the car parks and land around the southern station entrance.
Our vision for the harrow-on-the-hill station area
Our proposals will deliver a multi-million pound investment to improve, enhance and redevelop the area around Harrow-on-the-Hill station. Delivering up to 600 new homes for Harrow – including 35% affordable homes – the development will also improve the public space at the station entrances. New shops, traditional traders and better public landscaping will help to create a new 'Front Door to Harrow'.
A redesigned bus station will provide improved waiting areas and travel information, while the completion of the step-free access programme will make the train station more accessible.
